Bio: As a policy analyst at Indiana Institute for Working Families, Erin helps Hoosiers achieve self-sufficiency through research and advocacy on issues related to paid leave, childcare, early childhood education, payday lending, asset development, and the wage gap. Erin is a former teacher and holds a PhD in education policy. Erin has also done work related to continuous improvement and educational equity.
