Bio: Marcy started the Indiana Legal Services Housing Law Center in 2002 in response to the foreclosure & predatory lending crisis in Indiana and with the goal to help people preserve or gain access to safe, affordable housing via legal help, education, and collaboration. Issues include foreclosure & homelessness prevention, lead paint, fair housing (especially for people with disabilities), landlord-tenant, etc. Current emphasis on healthy housing; interest in medical-legal partnerships.
