Bio: Dana runs the Aspire Johnson County community development and coalition program. Dana works with over 100 volunteers in the areas of Placemaking, Growth and Planning, and Talent attraction and retention. Dana has created two websites that she manages which promotes Johnson County to visitors and residents. Johnson County Development Corp (JCDC) has developed an advanced manufacturing forum for middle school students and their parents to promote this sector as a career for the future. With JCDC, Dana helped create an HR roundtable to work with HR professionals as they recruit millennials, worked with the county to create a new land use plan for White River Township-incorporating residents in the process, and created a new diversity awareness and welcome program for our county.
