Bio:  Vicki Rubio is the AmeriCorps Public Allies Indianapolis program director for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center. Vicki has nearly a decade of non-profit experience in central Indiana. Vicki has led summer youth and outreach initiatives for Girls, Inc. and managed a team of parks employees in one of Indiana’s fastest growing counties. Vicki is a graduate of Public Allies Indianapolis and served at The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis, gaining valuable experience in building partnerships, planning large-scale events, and donor communications. Vicki then went on to work for College Mentors for Kids after graduating from Public Allies, serving in development and communications roles. Vicki is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis.
