Bio: Neil is presently working for a community action program in Southern Indiana. I started work there as the Housing Services Director in December 2016. In Neil's present position, he is responsible for most of the housing programs that are administered through IHCDA.  These programs include Weatherization, Energy Assistance Program, CDBG, NSP, IFPN, HHF, IDA and LIHTC.  Neil has training and/or certifications in housing counseling, WX, Lead Renovation, LIHTC, project development. Neil is also a USDA 502 Loan packager, an OCRA certified CDBG Grant Administrator, and a certified  Economic Development Finance Professional.
