Bio: Dale has served in non-profit leadership and management for over 30 years.  Dale has served as Sr. Pastor of two churches, 13 years in Rockford, MI and 16 years in Kokomo, IN.  As a bi-vocational pastor, Dale grew parallel careers in Human Resources, Corporate Recruitment, Non-profit Development and Fundraising, and Mortgage Retail Services.  Dale Founded New Leaf Mentoring (serving children of incarcerated parents) in 2006 and Advantage Housing (CHDO) in 2010. Dale's passion is to serve the less fortunate in my community with opportunities to grow in wisdom and wealth.
